Evoca is a phone to blog service. With this service you simply set up your account and call in to post your audio blog to their site or to your blog or website. You can record up to 60 minutes for free or purchase 200 minutes for $4.99 per month. Features like Skype recording, pay per listen and tags and comments are only available with the paid service.
It can record sound from a phone or cell phone as well as from a PC microphone or Skype. Evoca can also record conference calls. This service has plug–ins available for TypePad, WordPress and Blogger. Evoca offers some unique services including transcriptions and translations for about $10 per minute. It supports word for word searches of audio and you can easily charge listeners to listen to your podcasts.
However, this service does not offer audio editing tools so you cannot alter your recordings. If you are interested in a phone to blog podcast service we would recommend Gabcast where you can get 400 MB of storage and 60 minutes of recording per episode for $6/month or Hipcast in which you can get unmetered storage and 5000MB of transfers for less than $5 per month.
